General Class Information
Each class lasts
approximately 2 to 2.5 hours. Daytime classes are from
11:00 a.m. through approximately 2:00 p.m. and evening classes
are from 6:30 p.m. until approximately 9:00 p.m.
There is a maximum number of
students for each hands-on class of 12 due to space limitations
and a maximum of 30 for each demonstration class. Each
class requires a minimum
of one week reservation prior to the class date.
Cancellation requires a minimum of three days notice (please see
our Policies).
What is a "Hands-On Class"?
This is a class in which YOU will be the chef!
Every participant will be given a copy of the recipes to be
prepared during that class. Chef Dennis will guide you
through the process of preparing this meal. You will learn
the tricks of the trade that professional chefs use in
restaurants. The techniques learned will help you with
your future culinary creations and make you feel more
comfortable in the kitchen!
What is a "Demo" Class?
A demonstration class is held in a casual and relaxed
environment. Each participant will be given a copy of the
recipes used for that particular class and Chef Dennis will
demonstrate how each dish is prepared. In this setting,
you will be able to ask Chef Dennis any questions regarding the
preparation of the dishes and he will demonstrate the each
technique needed when making the recipes yourself.
Every participant will have the opportunity to sample each dish
that has been prepared.
Prices:
The price for each class varies depending on the type of class
(hands-on classes versus the demonstration classes) and the
supplies needed to complete the course. The price for each
class is individually listed on the
class schedule.
