classes, gourmet foods and culinary supplies for the Columbus, Georgia
area. No matter what level of cooking skill you aspire to, we have the
perfect cooking class, recipes and techniques for you. Our goal is to

Where are classes held?
The classes are held at 1658 Rollins Way, Ste. 300, just off Bradley
Park Drive in the Shoppes at Bradley Park.
Are you an accredited cooking school?
No. We are a leisure cooking school. How often do you release a new
schedule? We mail our schedules and post them on our site quarterly.
Are your classes hands-on or demonstration?
Both.
What is the difference between a "Hands-On" and "Demo" class?
In a Hands-On, YOU will be the chef! Every
participant will be given a copy of the recipes to be prepared
during that class. Chef Dennis will guide you through the
process of preparing this meal. You will learn the tricks
of the trade that professional chefs use in restaurants.
The techniques learned will help you with your future culinary
creations and make you feel more comfortable in the kitchen!
A Demonstration Class, is held in
a casual and relaxed environment. Each participant will be
given a copy of the recipes used for that particular class and
Chef Dennis will demonstrate how each dish is prepared. In
this setting, you will be able to ask Chef Dennis any questions
regarding the preparation of the dishes and he will demonstrate
the each technique needed when making the recipes yourself.
Every participant will have the opportunity to sample each dish
that has been prepared.
How far in advance can I sign up?
You may sign up for a class as soon as the schedule is published.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. We accept
American Express, MasterCard,
Visa, Discover, cash or check.
Do you keep a waiting list for classes?
Yes. when you register, if that particular class is full, we will
begin a waiting list. If we have several people interested in
being added to the waiting list, we will have a make-up class within a
few days.

What happens if I just don't show up for a class?
No shows are billed for the FULL class fee. Fresh food and supplies are
purchased based on the number of people registered and cannot be
returned if you are a no show. We encourage you to send someone in your
place. Just call and let us know the name of the person who will be
attending in your place.
