Chef Dennis Nuehring
Columbus Cooks! is fortunate to have Chef Dennis with us as our
Resident Chef and Instructor! Dennis has a very diverse
background in the culinary industry. For over twenty years, he
has combined a passion of food with a love for sharing his
experiences and knowledge with others. In addition to working
with Columbus Cooks!, Chef Dennis is Executive Chef at Moose Head
Ranch, a privately owned guest ranch in Jackson Hole, WY, which
operates during summer seasons. For several years, Chef Dennis
owned and operated a successful catering company and worked as a
corporate caterer whose clients included such prestigious names such
as CNN and Turner Broadcasting. While living in New York, he
worked with Eli Zabar as the gourmet manager of E.A.T. on Madison
Avenue.

He has
also worked with the University Club in Chicago and Cafe
Nordstrom in Atlanta. His cookbook, Meanwhile, Back
at the Ranch, is a collection of his recipes that he
prepares for his guests at Moose Head Ranch. |
Chef Neuhring is a
graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New
York.
